Good news, R button now works. Cruise is fully functional!

Took stalk off, did some testing and discovered that the blue wire was broken. Soldering Iron, Heat shrink and 10 minutes later, R button now working. Looks like if you don't route the flying lead for the cruise the right way, it gets caught and kinked when you indicate.

Now, if I could only find something to steer for me!
