TVR to Omega
14. Jan 2007 at 22:09

Hi Guys and Gals,

About to purchase a 3.0 24v Elite to help reduce the miles on my T350 & to add a bit of comfort when stuck in Jams on the M6 and M1.

Its a high miler I've purchased at 100,000 miles. But only cost £1500quid and is in really good nick!

Anything I should be looking out for?

Welcome Snapz. Smiley

I think you may find the Omega a little more sedate than the TVR Wink but also rather more comforable!

You consider 100k high mileage...?
Yep, you're a TVR owner alright! A friend had a Griffith 500  Shocked great (see terrifying!) fun when running, but reliabilty made an Alfa look good!
Had a full rebuild at 38k miles!

I've given you the link to the buyers guide in one of your other threads so that should help you. Smiley

Howdoo, welcome to the site.

Good choice of cars.  One for fun and one for munching the miles in comfort.  100k is barely run in!!

Hi Snapz and welcome aboard. Thumbs Up! Hope you enjoy your Omega, as others have said, 100K isn't particularly high mileage for Omega's - mines just over 150K and still purring. Cool Smiley
