New member - new car
30. Jan 2007 at 11:59

My Y plate 2.2 CDX automatic was stolen on new years day. The thief wrote in off big time - about 100mph, a real mess. He ran away from the scene. I was so impressed I have purchased a 3.2 Elite on an 02 plate. Got it at the right price, but a couple of minor defects, e.g. rear sun blind does not work. Joined this forum to learn how to fix it - its brilliant. Have solved my first problem - will be back.

100mph and he ran away!?  Shocked

Welcome, 3.2 Elite is a nice choice  Thumbs Up!

Do you break V6's as often as TheBoy? Then you need tunnie's towing services, recovery costs are just the humiliation of being towed by 2/3's of an engine

Indeed....  one hopes fate will meter out justice to the scumbag one way or another.... and welcome to the forums...    nice to know that there's at least a statistical chance of surviving a major "off" at speed ....... it's not something i'd ever want to test for myself though  Thumbs Up!

hope your time here is both enjoyable and fruitful.

best regards

Max
