thanks to everyone for responding! Smiley got it insured today, cost a fair wack Sad if anyone knows of a good insurer let me know, but as its first car i have no no claims so booo had two new tyres put on today man those things cost a bit!! and had to have the handbrake fixed, other than that its been lovely to drive so far Smiley

Hi Marilyn, welcome to Omega World. Don't worry though because the ups more than outweigh the downs and they will definately outweigh your wallet after a few tyres and a couple of fill ups at the petrol station. Having said all that, the help and information you will find on here will definately soften the blow Smiley Smiley
