I wondered why he was asking for a AR35 when he sold the car...

Yep I bought the car - In fact me and Rog are very good friends, through the 21 turbo owners club - the gearbox problem is just one of those things - Roger had driven the car down to me from  Leics just two weeks ago, and she never missed a beat, then a week after i bought her, she fails.  Could of happenned anytime to anyone I guess.

At least I got piece of mind knowing that I can fall back on these forums for assistance etc.

By the way the car is very clean all round - my first Omega, and Im very impressed.

S'pose it could be Phillipa  Wink   Another welcome to the site from me - there are some seriously knowledgeable people on here who seem to regularly wreck AR25's so there will be plenty of advice coming Im sure!
