Welcome to the site Smiley

Real things to look out for are proper service history (even ring previous owners if poss) - they wear well and do huge mileage, so many dealers wind the clock back  Angry

As it may well have a lot of miles on - one of mine has 144k, other has 122k - its the usual things with this mileage, ie suspension, steering, wheel bearings - all easily sorted.  Cambelt and tensioners (tensioners are vital) every 40k/4yrs, no exceptions, is a good bargaining point (easily done DIY cheaply Wink), cam covers on V6 tend to leak after a few years, again easy fix.  Inside edge front tyre wear is common, indicates camber needs adjusting.  2.5TD automatics tend to chew up their gearboxes after 120 - 150k.  To be honest, nothing that can't be fixed DIY if you are handy with spanners...
