Have been hankering after an Omega Estate for some time. Just back from working overseas and the Jeep Cherokee is in a container heading for Folkestone from Port Klang. So I dived in and bought a 2002 2.6 V6 auto. Wanted an Elite but none around that I could spot. But boy am I chuffed - what a car - smooth ride, great power when needed (same BHP as my 4.0 Cherokee SE Ltd!) and (I think) astounding good looks. Next pocket money going on a rear spoiler if I can find one (silver) and then retrofit cruise control if I can get a good pice from my local Vauxhall dealer! Best Regards

The other tuned 2.6. DIY LPG, towbar, upgrade ICE & Wing Spoiler, Air shocks, Eibach Pro Springs, Poly WB bushes, WIM setup, HID conversion, 3.0 cams, ported ect.

I to had a jeep Cherokee, Overlander V8 4.7, ran on LPG.

Now i'm a proud owner of a 3ltr Omega Elite saloon.

Cruise - new stalk from dealer (£30), new clutch switch (if manual gearbox), and then a little chat with a Tech2 (the dealer's handheld diagnostic scanner - see my signature below)...
