Hello Everyone

Hi Folks, I've just purchased a 1998 MV6 Auto (not ex Police!). Done 78k, in mettallic blue and I must admit so far so good! Did a 400 mile round trip to get it but I think it's worth it sometimes for a good car. There a few minor problems with such one dash light out, two climate control bulbs out and the windscreen/headlight wash pump seams to of packed up. Apart from that very happy. I am useless at car DIY and from past bitter experience Embarrassed do not even attempt it now. I am in the midlands just north of Birmingham. Can anyone recommend anywhere that can sort these minor problems out? Although not a major problem just annoying.  Thumbs Up!

Hi mate and welcome to the forum Thumbs Up!

You're not alone in not being any good at car DIYing, there a few of us on here. Wink However, there's a wealth of people on here that are that may be able to help - try posting in the General Help section. One of our members, JamesV6CDX, does mobile Omega work for a very reasonable price so might be worth sending him a PM - he did my cambelt kit recently and knows his stuff Thumbs Up!

Thanks all for the warm welcome. I've had many cars over the years and tried various DIY things and they have all ended up with diastourous results Grin so I tend to leave it to people who know what they are doing! May not be the cheapest option but saves the headache of trying to put it right afterwards! I am in Kidderminster, Worcestershire by the way. I don't expect freebees by the way Grin
