Looks to me like a mini-facelift projector ... doesn't say if its HID or not ... ballast boxes are very expensive.

I've just had a complete new unit .....  £160 ... Sad

You need to clarify whether they are true HID's with ballst boxes etc or simply standard projectors....

I am presuming that, for a 1997 car, all I want are standard projectors?

At that price it'll be a standard projector, and yes if you don't have factory HIDs then you want normal projector lights as the HID retro-fit will be a nightmare.

avoid, not actual product shown.

Pre-facelift lights could turn up, and as stated they will fit 97 car

Do you break V6's as often as TheBoy? Then you need tunnie's towing services, recovery costs are just the humiliation of being towed by 2/3's of an engine

I agree and disagree  Grin Wink

Fitting HID's to FF standard.....will be a nightmare.....you need self leveling headlamp units/washers and a change of wiring loom.....to me that sounds a nightmare.....maybe not to you.

Fitting a HID kit....without doing anything about the self leveling and washers, i agree is easy  Thumbs Up!

Factory fit setup? I'll be very impressed if that's the case, the wiring setup is quite different, as is the levelling system. Retro-fitting HIDs using a kit that taps into the existing halogen loom is easy enough, but a completely different approach to retro-fitting a factory HID system with all the wiring changes that entails.
