When i first start my car it like wines or somert like that isit normal.

not good at mecanics but il have a go. need ewt knowing about a fridge or air con im you are man

just for a short while?

if so it's likely the secondary air system and is quite common.  If it upsets you it can be disconnected - its just under the right hand side of the front bumper as you stand looking from the front.

if it doesn't stop after half a minute or so then further investigation needed (and potentially urgent).

as above and perfectly normal when the engine is cold, heats up the manifolds to prevent damage.

As others said, if it does for 30s - 60s, it will be secondary air pump. Can be unplugged if annoying.
