No Hot air from Heaters
27. Sep 2007 at 22:16

On the prefacelift estate - not MV6.

Put the heating on first time ever this (frosty) morning and no hot air, even when engine heat up etc.

Heater blows air on all settings apart from out vents ( ie to window, to feet etc) but it never heats up...

It has no air con and is basic 2,5 CD 1998 style, also noted dial for increase in blower is very very stiff....

Any thoughts as to where my first port of call in this weekends investigations should be on this?

As said, check pipes. If hot, then it has to be air distribution fault (controls knackered?). If pipes are cold, HBV...
