Morning all!
05. Oct 2007 at 11:24

All,

I've already been busy in the forums, but now it's time to say a belated Hi.

Thanks for the help so far. Hopefully I'll be sticking around, and popping in every so often now I've put down a deposit on an 01(Y) Elite DTi with 85k on the clock. Had it inspected and it's a solid car; hoping to pick it up either this weekend or middle of next week.

I'm from north Dorset, so if anyone is from round these parts... Thumbs Up!

Currently pottering around in a dull grey 1.6 Honda Concerto day to day which has been supremely reliable in the past 70,000 miles (brake pads, one caliper, little bit of MOT welding only!). Hoping I'm not making a mistake.

The Omega will be replacing it, but I also have a toy in the garage for weekends and fine days. If I hadn't had that, I'd have gone for the 3 or 3.2 petrol Omega. Different noise to the V8 but love the sound!  Smiley

Into motorsport, photography, local history, heavy metal, wildlife.
