hi everyone, i'm brett, after a few senators i thought it was time to try an omega! i got a 3.0 elite auto in silver-gold with black interior, i've never seen such a spec on a car and i've had jag's, bmw 7's and merc s-classes! i've changed the cam belt, serviced it and mot-ed it, and i've just had the ecu re-mapped, theres a couple of dents on the nearside to do but it's in good nick for a 10 year old car! the only problems so far have been getting the stereo to produce sound, trouble with the amp!! and the heater 2 into 1 valve right at the back of the engine bay started to leak, that was a fun job!! i've put a couple of tyres on it and thats about it, it's high mileage (163,000) but everything still works fine even the air-con and it drives 100%, just needed a rear foglight bulb for the mot! it's got to have a vosa vic check becase the dent in the front passenger door was enough to cat d it!! it should be fine! i'm a mechanic by trade and i've spent my whole life in the motor trade so any problems with anything, please try me, i'll be happy to help, see you all soon!
