HELP Can't start a 2.5 V6 CDx Estate (1995)

Hi all, I've a problem with a V6 2.5 CDx Estate (1995). I bought this car to replace another Omega, the car started fine several times, but now won't start, the immobiliser has been bypassed by a previous owner, the display reports 'no problem' the engine managment light doesn't flash when ignition is switched on, I've gone through everything in the 'Haynes book' but to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas to try to rectify this problem???

Oct 2007 at 20:40 Welcome to the site As suggested, post the tech question in Omega Help section for best coverage - but do a paperclip test (see FAQ section), and if you get a 19, change the crank sensor
