Must be the auto address thing, but my address says Highroad ave, this is wrong, I am High road, round the corner is high road ave, which is where the pointer is, about 6 houses away. Smiley

Very interesting !!!
I deliberately started a new post because when a topic grows to 13 pages people loose interest, this should have it's own header, however the moderators appear to be at work again subduing the members  Sad
p.s. anyway well done Albatross.

Richard A

I am sorry, and worried, you feel there is some other motive at work  Cry

It was mentioned in Suggestions area, and I admit that I didn't think it would be that useful (enough to warrant the workload - setup and ongoing), but I did say that if there was demand....   ....nobody really posted up either way, so I assumed that my view about no real demand was correct.

However, now it is real, and appears to be very well received by members, it will be remain for the foreseeable future.  Albatross has done a greta job on the initial work, and Hotel21 will lead in the ongoing updates.

The success has caught me by surprise, so give me a few days to sort a way of integrating it (initially probably by linking).

Please feel free to contact me or one of the other admins/mods via PM - I am concerned about your comments...

I will add, we are actively trying to reduce the number of stickies at the top of General Chat, so it won't be a Sticky Wink

don't know if this has been suggested but why not make it a sticky in newbies area so when you introduce yourself for first time you can add yourself to map as well? Thumbs Up!

We are discussing various possibilities without using those pesky stickies Thumbs Up!

We think we have a decent solution, I just need to test it, but I'm tied up with other things, so need to find the time to do it  Wink

Your were miles out, what did you do? Grin

I've got it on the right road, hope that is close enough.

It's difficult to get the right house, the closest I can get to is the middle of the postcode generally.
In your case I've counted the chimneys and then noticed a load of cars parked up at what I reckon to be the end of your garden.

I''ve plopped the marker on where your Miggy most probably is.

How do you fix it?

Click on your marker, the bubble will pop up; then you "should" see "Connect | Relocate" in the bottom right.

Click on "Relocate" and the rest should be pretty self-explanatory. Thumbs Up!
