remote central locking (Read 1900 times)

Apr 2008 at 15:29 Can anyone help my 2000 2.0 autos remote central locking has stopped working i changed the battery in the key and its still not working.It locks fine when i use the key in the door though just not the remote and the button for the boot release on the key wont work either

Apr 2008 at 16:25 "Hello" and Welcome Put the key in the ignition, switch to "On" but don't start the car.. press the "lock" button on the fob - central locking should close, press the "unlock" button, should all open. If this works you SHOULD have resynced the key to the locks, and it should work normally.
