As far as the Rover remote goes, not as far as I can see as the protocol languages they speak are completely different between Philips and Rover.

Sep 2008 at 21:55 there is a slight misunderstanding when it comes to remote. the remote i was talking about has a cable running to the head unit itself and is from a late rover 216 which did have philips head unit (dont remeber the model but have also seen it in early freelanders)

R770 probably. The remote is likely to be incompaitble with sc804
