Passed MOT
17. Oct 2008 at 18:26

Popped the new spark plugs in and sent my 2.2 down for its MOT.

Passed, no advisories! mechanic said it was spot on  Shocked

Was surprised cause i know the rear handbrake is not holding on the drivers side.

I will give it a treat tomorrow with some fresh oil  Smiley

Do you break V6's as often as TheBoy? Then you need tunnie's towing services, recovery costs are just the humiliation of being towed by 2/3's of an engine

Cover it in WD40 now, if its the original. Mine was a bugger to remove.

Tunnie, thats not an excuse to leave that handbrake for a year - that needs cleaning up quickly, and this weekend is looking nicer than any others for next few months!

You'd better off covering it in a penetrating oil! ie Easit. Plus gas etc etc WD40 is a water displacer .... hence the name! Roll Eyes Thumbs Up! Thumbs Up! Thumbs Up!

If you leave that much longer, rather than it being a simple and cheap job, it will be a blank, and expensive.
