hiya,
just a quicky plus clears up some stuff for newbies when i get the replies...

can you use parts from the x25 such as cams on the y26 for example engine parts and can you use the 3.0 cams on the 2.6 or do you need the 3.2 ones if you know what i mean?

also is it just the bellhousing that you have to swap to use the ar25/35 on the 2.6 n 3.2?

only thing is if i cant get my 2.0/2.5 mish mash mobile running with immobiliser problems between wiring looms then it's getting broken for bits - i'm gna have v6 bits coming out of my ears!

Reply #7 - 25. Oct 2008 at 16:05 Reason is that the cam bearings are line bored with the head......and hence must stay in the correct position and with the correct head!
