As said if her insurance checks out as valid then you are covered for the damage provided the two insurance companies agree she is 100 percent to blame.
It's very difficult to wriggle out of total blame for a rear-ender. She would have to prove you were going backwards or brake-tested her and that's not easy.
If she's coughed to her fault that makes it even more likely there will be no problem for you but her insurer will be livid with her for saying it.
Your main objective is to ensure that all your damage (and injury) is known before the claim is finalised.
I hope family recover very soon with no long-lasting effects.

she has told her insurance company as my insurance company has told me she has admitted its her fault
so thats the hard part sorted

as for the family, we are still in a it of pain but not as bad as what it was and we are still getting my 2 year old son back used to the car again
