good news
doctors signed me off so can work again, all blood tests are all normal for first time in 6 months. acid  seems to have gone down to normal in stomach.and weight is rising steadily, just reached 12 stone  Smiley Smiley

bad news
the food changes are not going well, too many barbys lately and have been to busy to worry about food, so having takeaways. and im now drinking for england when i go out which is nearly 7 days a week. has been quite stessful lately so hopefully will calm down soon.  Embarrassed

but overall im pleased with the way things have gone lately.  Thumbs Up! Thumbs Up!
