I would have thought that he should have been in Berlin to get the feel for the meeting rather than depend on telephone calls to garner some assurance that the local plant would remain safe. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

I noticed  in the latter part of the interview that he stressed change would be evident as a result of any potential deal done, and that change could also be necessary as a result of excess capacity.  I rather read that as job losses. Undecided
