I've just lost the contents of my bladder - due either to shock or the uncontrollable laughter I experienced when I read this piece. Now, why wasn't I surprised? Wink

Another fine example of our legislators dark art of saying something - for the sake of appearing to be in touch with the problem - but ultimately meaning nothing Roll Eyes
