Yes there is despite the loction of offences, as if they are in this country then they will potentially still be involved in some form of criminal activity.

And that's the scary bit Mike, don't we have a Border Agency now, or is that just another sop to placate those who would question the effectiveness of HMG's policy? Undecided

Ever tried to enter the US at Dulles Washington?
Took 3 hours last time, missed the connecting flight to Chicago
While hundreds of us were queing an official ran around yelling 'US citizens this way, the rest against the wall'
He did not like it when I said (loudly) why, are you going to shoot us?
All the other English speakers queing burst into loud laughter, which really did irritate him Grin
