I spotted top Councillor in the Borough today, and had a quick chat with him, following on from our discussion he said ''well I have'nt seen it yet nor approved it''...hung council between tories and lib dems both of whom have members in the top spots.

Whilst I detract myself from politics, unfortunately is it a major part of my job Shocked
