I used to work full time from home. Now only on an occasional basis. Much prefer it that way TBH.

When I took on this job (2007) I set up to work from home 'cos HO is in London - and I'm not. But now I spend 2 days in London (cheap hotel overnight), 1 or 2 in the Home Office and 1 or 2 out & about.

I'd definitely get sidelined & put in a rut if I stayed home all the time. There's somethings I find you can really only say / hear when you're with the people.
