.....Given been away and only recently returned, one of my projects has almost ended, so went round this morning with the consultants and contractor inspecting completed works in the properties e.g., new kitchens, bathroom's, w.c.'s and internal electrics. Well we inspected 8 properties and the feedback from the tenant's regarding the workmanship, contractors etc was excellent Thumbs Up!

The reason for this post is all to often we get slagged off, cos of previous major works projects or day to day repairs and maintenance feckin things up, and I normally end up sorting their feck up's out when we get on site.

There's nothing like personally visiting the folks and getting some positive feedback Thumbs Up!
