Jun 2009 at 23:39 Good 3.0 here with only 83k and cambelt, tensioners, water pump, oil cooler, cam cover gaskets and exhaust manifold gaskets done 6k ago with new plugs and good leads and dispack

Jun 2009 at 20:12 Well I was lucky - the engine survived the cam jumping. However I do have a leaking HG now I will sort that in a week or so. Worst case will be 3.0 DBWed

Pretty sure reuse of bits

Got the gasket, bolts on the way.

Getting peed off with stripping it now, last car I had to remove heads from used to take 30 minutes from switch off to head off.

The other tuned 2.6. DIY LPG, towbar, upgrade ICE & Wing Spoiler, Air shocks, Eibach Pro Springs, Poly WB bushes, WIM setup, HID conversion, 3.0 cams, ported ect.

I have bought my 3rd facelift Omega this week but this one has a major issue, when i turn the engine over by hand it completely locks up. Thanks
