Evening all
I was hoping that someone here may be able to help me.
I have recently bought a facelift 2000 W Reg 3.0 MV6 Omega and the stereo is missing, I know it needs a double din unit but was wondering which one is best to use.  I contacted the local Vaux garage and they said that I needed a CDR2005 at £229+VAT. I have seen the CD30's but told these will not work in the omega
I was hoping for something a little better possibly with Ipod facility??
Failing that, I heard about the model with the telephone sim card, would that fit? is it any trouble to fit?
I am not picking the car up until next Monday when off work but would like to have something ready to whack in her so not driving in silence.
Any help would be very much appreciated

You could also fit a single-DIN with an adaptor plate, you can get the plates for a fiver off Ebay in a colour to match your trim...
