That depth varies between people, and some can be a tad OTT. But to dismiss emotive posts as "utter bilge", when others have clearly related to the emotions expressed shows a degree of insensitivity and lack of empathy I find hard to understand. Sad

We are all different, thats what makes us individuals.

That what is one persons 'utter bilge' can reduce someone else to a tearfull, sobbing wreck and others varying levels in between.

Likewise, someone can post on here regarding a political issue or similar and have a high level of support with only a handfull of dissenters. That does not mean that the higher level of supporters are right, just simply that they have a higher level of support! And it does not mean that they are looking for an argument, per se, just that their opinion is somewhat different.

Each to their own, I say.... Thumbs Up!

Just read this thread for the very 1st time.

Nice poem and it seems to have touched quite a few of you.

But

I agree with Turk, there are some sad scamming gits out there that purely use this sort of mail for personal gain. It has happened many time before and will do many times again.

But you have options.

By posting the content of the email on here you have stopped the email gathering scam and touched some of the people that have read it so far.

Plus

To stop a scam like this it is simple. If you like the content and want to share it, then be very carefull how you forward it.

Most posts that get forwarded have a list of where they have allready been to, we dont know these people, and if the OP puts his details in there and some how manage to keep it there then he gets all the collected addy's automatically sent to him.

So just copy and paste the text that you need to into a new mail and add your own trusted recipients to mail it to.

If you want to add the footnote for them to forward it, copy and paste all the relevnt text into a new notepad and it should (hopefully) do away with any hidden hyperlinks etc and stop the scam continuing, but allowing the message to bless many others.
