...Well engineering services went on a team building exercise last Thursday, following the restructure consultation on the wednesday, some assualt course thingy, but around 10% of them go under the restructure ....you have to laugh though at which management bloke thought that one up , ......then senior management today spent a managers awayday on the H.M.S. Belfast, a stonesthrow from the new offices , so yesterday at a meeting for all the project managers going through the proposed restructure trees, tearing it to bits and coming up with issues to raise, at the end of it we are going on a project managers awayday next Friday pm ................which is a pub crawl round the bars at london/Tower bridge paid for by ourselves of course and not the from the public purse

Many LA's have stopped these 'Away Days' as they tend to be costly...........
