Simply if you're looking at buying a car and it's got no tax and the PO is closed, you can always PM me and I'll see if I'm free. I'm in Kidlington, Oxford. But please note there are strict guidlines for the operation of a trade plate licence. So you can't borrow them unfortunately, and only I can drive the vehicle whilst it's operated under the trade plates, unless you're test driving it. But if anyone needs help, send me a PM.
