At last, after waiting for the insurance cheque to be received and cleared, I have now completed the purchase of a W reg 3.0 Elite! 

Merc has gone back Cry Cry Cry Cry , but I have a great Omega again:-* Kiss Kiss

You got yours then? Admiral must think we're stupid. They swore blind they'd sent it whne the post office strikes were on, but they would cancel it and send another. Still no (2nd)cheque a week later so I rang and told them how disappointed I was with them ..... I didn't shout either  Roll Eyes and I was getting annoyed with waiting 3 weeks for my money. I hadn't got my cheque cos they hadn't sent it  .... again!  Angry
They eventually did what they should/could have done from the start and moved the money electronically to my bank account!  Thumbs Up!  Thumbs Up!

What she couldn't quite grasp was the fact that even with the strikes there'd been more than enough time for the so call cancelled cheque to have arrived. The strikes just delayed the mail, not detroyed it.  Wink
