IMHO it's incredibly arrogant for us to assume we are alone in the universe... There must be something/someone else out there Thumbs Up! Thumbs Up!

Agreed Paul and lets face it, look at the diversity of different forms of life on our own planet, so as you say, it would be arrogant to think no life in any form exists elsewhere in the universe. At the moment, we still know less about what lives in the depths of our own oceans than we know about space.

How true! In fact... I still struggle to make sense of some of the people life forms on the surface! Wink Wink

Yes beyond doubt as the universe is infinite as far as we can make out. I love the fact that despite prophessing to be so clever we know diddly squat about what is past the last thing we know about in space.

Won't be long before our space debris and pollution reaches other life if it hasn't already. However unless they have mastered travel over vast unimaginable distances then they won't be coming to see us anytime soon. If they have mastered it then the chances are they have been and been totally unimpressed with how we manage our planet and cleared off to somewhere more "civilised".
