I know you can buy games for a PC and so your thread about iplayer on Wii and Mario karts online etc. got me thinking.

It might be a good idea to put a small keyboard on a games console so you could do basic surfing etc. whilst in control of a proper games machine.

Also, did you see that bit on the telly about a company who were working on a project to enable you to play at being a formula one driver in real time. ie. playing the game alongside a simultaneous broadcast of an actual F1 race. You could choose to be any driver and your comp screen would show your position in real time while all the other cars were actually in the race position on the TV. Shocked

That's the thing that's confusing me Albs, you obviously cant have a direct effect on the real race, so.....just round and round being overtaken/lapped? Undecided

For more advanced internet needs, I tend to use the Media Center that sits underneath the telly (that also has/needs internet connection)
