i have been having problems with my heaters !i have flushed the system three times still no heat come through ?it blows cold .i have checked the in and out hoses in to the matrix and they are both hot?i have had another go this afternoon .i found a air pipe coming out of the bulkhead beyween the matrix pipes but i cannot find where it goes to ?it is not that long .does anybody have any ideas please ?it must be something to do with the heater not working brrr Undecided Undecided Thumbs Up!

i forgot to mention i have a 20.ltre mig estate on a 99-200 .any help with the heating problem would be appreciated thanks Thumbs Up! Thumbs Up!

the vac pipe comes out between the matrix pipes rob and cant find out where it goes there are two vac pipes that come out ones already connected the is not .any ideas ? Undecided Thumbs Up!

One pipe should be going to a source of vacuum, on, or indirectly onto, the throttle body low down, under the butterfly.  (Can't remember the exact routing.)

The other should go to your Heater Bypass Valve.

If the first of these isn't connected, your heater controls won't work as intended.  (That's where the 'power' comes from to move the various flaps that direct the air through/not through the matrix , and to the various vents.
