easier done with 2 of you.
crack all the injectors and 1 turns the engine over the other tightens the nuts when the fuel comes through as there tightend keep turning over the engine and it will burst into life.
If doing it yourself again crack all injectors and turn it over for about 15 secs look for fuel and thighten as fast as possible.again once you turn it over it will cough a bit then start just keep turning it over until it stays running

If the battery died whilst the engine was running and the engine stopped i'd check the alternator easy to test once you put a fresh battery in and youve started it lift the negative post off if it stops alternators goosed.
