CDX/Elite differences
15. Dec 2009 at 12:02

I have been looking at one or two facelift Omega's. Does anyone no if there are any external differences between the CDX and the Elite.
So far all I can see are the door badges and possibly reversing sensors, allthough I have come accross these on a CDX.
There appear to be a lot of internal differences but very few external one's.

It was easy with the pre face lift as the external had different bumpers and side skirts (well colour coded).

Thanks in advance.

Oh yes should add I mean standard car's not one's with any Irmscher bits.

Only Elites had reversing sensors as standard from 2002, could be aftermarket or optional extra on CDX's

Alloys are a different style, Elites also have a lip spoiler on both estate and saloon, Elties also have a sunroof

Do you break V6's as often as TheBoy? Then you need tunnie's towing services, recovery costs are just the humiliation of being towed by 2/3's of an engine

Roll Eyes

That silver Elite is overdue a cambelt, good point to keep price down.

I would go for the Elite just because of the extra power and Bose, 2.6 may need a re-build if its got dud-steam seals
