My laptop froze So I switched off and did a reboot. No good I'm now useing one of my grandson's Point worth a mention, never realised how much I would miss it Must be some sort of addiction Anyhow I've ordered a replacement on ebay an hr ago so roll on delivery day

This happened to the old ladies a few weeks back,and when she took it for repair,they told her that if you press a certain 2 buttons at the same time,this problem can happen,and it just so happens that the day before my 10 year old daughter was using it like a type writer pressing all the keys together,so a lesson to be learnt there.
