Nooo. The shorts is what I had to wear for school, in winter we added welly boots. All I said was that here Jean's, non uniform day, would not get wet on the bottom if she wore wellies rather than her hiking boots, other option would be to tuck Jeans in long socks till she got to school. The point is the 'when I was a lad' we all swore we would never say such thing and we all do and swmbo is huffy about it, again.. Cheesy
