Our first serious recording was the summary highlights of the 1982 world cup which was the first one I can remember properly.

Have a DVD recorder aswel but find it so much easier to record on VHS. I believe a hard disk recorder comes close, but VHS stops when I push stop and starts again from where I left off, even a few days later, my dvd recorder won't do that.

Some dvd players / recorders have a disk memory...must have feature imho.....remember the last x disks, and where you left them, Great feature, total must have for me Thumbs Up!
