I'm afraid it's going to the knackers yard, was going to have to put in storage for a couple of months anyway come new year, when tax runs out.

Even more gutted today because as things stand- thats it for personal transport for the foreseeable future

Wouldn't have finances to fix it anyway so looks like I'll be having to use those big square lorry type things with 2 floors of seats for people they pick up at the side of the road--anyone know what they are called.

For those who doubt 15mph crash speed well -bugga off Grin

--thats my story and I'm sticking to it.
Really though had just turned right at mini roundabout and traveled about 20 yards in heavy snow on a slippy road-didn't even set off traction control so wasn't blatting it.

Real sickener though is we did have enough cat food left and there was no reason to go out yesterday-Bugga!!!

It's all about the pouint of impact, looks like it has suffered impact on more of a crumple zone area.

With it being a P plate, the external parts alone will cost more the the value of the car, then the labour and paint on top.

If any damage has been done to the inner wing then duble the cost becaused knowing how they work they will say thats and rngine out jobbie and thats why it's classed as a uneconomical repair. and I know sod all about cars.

That is a bad hit threepence and a great shame for you Cry

I don't doubt your speed as once I drove my 1996 3.0 Elite into the back of a trailer on a roundabout at no more than 10 miles an hour.........£1,800 of damage, but repaired (car was then worth around £7,000)!!

Then the recent mishap of that idiot running into the back of my stationary CDX at maybe 10 to 15 mph on impact..............£2,300 of damage and a W/O Cry

It is amazing how miggies can fold and take them well over the "uneconomical repair" hurdle, as yours no doubt has!! Cry
