Dec 2009 at 23:20 When i turn hot water tap on boiler doesnt fire up. Checked water pressure and thats ok Also centrel heating working ok. Any ideas what could be wrong. Thanks.

Had the same problem myself a few weeks back. Changed the diaphragm...job's a good 'un! Thumbs Up!

Thanks. if u put the heating on u should get hot water mine did that and worked that way till it got fixed:-)

Dec 2009 at 14:58 Either flow switch,diverter valve or heat exchanger,and if its the heat ex,maybe cheaper in the long run to scrap the boiler,especially if its an old one.

Dec 2009 at 22:32 Got someone coming out tomorow. Hope there in the Christmas spirit & settle for a mince pie & a few cans. Had to get a new washing machine a couple of weeks ago. Everything seems to go wrong this time of year.
