Your funny, last time i checked, Dumferline (the call centre) is in Scotland. But then again, understanding the scots can be an issue

If you think that anybody calling the bullshit 10p per minute number (funny how Sky changed after BT said 0870 calls were to be free) actually gets to talk to ANYBODY in the UK, then you are seriously misguided.

Hell, you'll be lucky to talk to someone in the UK even when threatening to leave.
Still, maybe that's why so many prefer the DM range of boxes instead Wink
