Jun 2010 at 21:21 Discovered mines are warped the other day, so after a set sharpish as ive got to get car ready before going on honeymoon... anyone got some straight ones laying around or breaking any? cheers!

Gaskets have been changed twice and all breathers cleaned... i never spotted it until i looked from a different angle the other day, the covers bend out a little where the bolts are, telling me that someone previously has tightened them too much.

They were leaking when i got the car so it was probabl done before then, and seein as i have tightened them up to the correct torque when i done them its caused them to leak. Pain in the ass! lol

Jun 2010 at 22:43 if you get a pair of vectra v6 cam covers these are metal ones, not so good looking as the omega ones but still fit none the less!, and you wont get a problem with warped covers again!!!
