Evening All

Im going away in a few weeks time and I would like to use my roof box.

Has anyone out there got a set of roof bars to fit a 1999/T Saloon they no longer have a use for and wouldn't mind selling me.

Thanks in anticipation you lovely people Thumbs Up!

Hi Darren

Thanks for the very kind offer mate but I need to buy some really, theres been a few times in the past year that I would have used them had I had them.

Has anyone got any experience of the Mont Blanc ones they sell on Ebay. They're only about £30 inc P+P. I did have a cheap set on my Corolla Verso and tbh I couldnt really complain about them.

Understandable mate, I use mine for my roof box once a year and the rest of the time they sit in the loft - If you get stuck for a set let me know, I can always DHL them up to you.

Oh and the Mont Blanc ones are the same as Halfords own brand, all made in the ex-Paddy Hopkirk factory in Leighton Buzzard (I used to work for him)
