For a '01 Facelift:

- Headlight switch
- Black wing mirror 'triangle' piece that sits on outside of door and mirror connects onto (nearside)
- Rear door ashtray (nearside)

If it's stuck, force it.  If it breaks, it needed replacing anyway........
