As per title please. They're the clips that hold the front mats down.
I've included two pictures, one showing the mat with the clips in, and another showing where the clips affix to the carpet.

Email this guy and see if he does the clips you mention.

I think I bought a set of mats off him for my GLS and he gaave me loads of odd plastic fittings when I went to collect.

Looks like the same guy just not 100%, but worth a quick mail to him.
