As per topic, but....

Must be mini facelift (the wiring changed) (facelift is ok too)
Must have telltale for front fogs (just under the 140mph mark) , I think that means Elite or GLS.
Must have glow plug telltale (obviously for TD  )

Mileage unimportant, and TID/MID etc not required, infact just the instrument pod (dials) to save postage
