what colour of blind does it need to be?, theres dark grey(almost black) or light grey.

The top strip that is visible when the blind is down is the section that is coloured, and some blinds have a different colour of mesh material,

I have a fully working one already removed from the shelf in dark grey. its off a 97 car so not sure if the connector is the same shape as your f/l one tho.
